Jill brought the ballet barre to California, opening her first Dailey Method studio in San Francisco’s Marina District in 2000.For over 2 decades she has never lost sight of her original goal of improving the lives of those she teaches. Jill loves The Dailey Method because it gives people confidence, community, and a way to effect positive change in their lives. A strong focus on alignment and balancing the body is at the forefront of each class. Focusing on micro-movements and stretches to strengthen and condition the entire body she continually delivers fresh, evolving workouts—and incredible results.Jill has placed a strong emphasis (and passion) on continually evolving the method through thought and gained knowledge. She has also cultivated a strong, all-female-driven company that provides a healthy work/life balance for everyone on her team. Living a Dailey Life is living a balanced life.The Dailey Method currently has 15 Flagship studios and a robust Online platform offering Livestream and on-demand classes in all of the Dailey Method formats. Her new venture is a certification and Licensing program that helps individuals learn how to continually improve their own practice as well as an opportunity to teach the best barre classes to their own communities whether it’s online, at a gym or any place that their community supports.
